Mindfulness Meditation for Healing Insomnia
The combination of mindfulness meditation with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia has been found to be beneficial at posttreatment. Researchers at Stanford University studied long-term effects of such intervention on insomnia (Ong et al., 2009).
